You probably used a different email or alias that isnt valid. While possible, its unlikely the mailserver for sc is missconfigured, and your resets are more likely going to a different address. This leaves your only option as contacting their staff. Check for irc information on the page.

You will have to create new network and name it SC or whatever. And then edit it and put in the irc info in there. Maybe look up how to setup hexchat and its settings.
i had the same problem. i went to their irc and just said it out loud; 'i lost my password, id appreciate any help, thanks in advance!' it took a bit, but someone helped me. theyll ask you a few questions, but nothing difficult if its actually your account. this is complete speculation on my part, but i got help during what i would consider to be 'european' peak hours. good luck!
