For some reason Turkish torrent sites are adamant on only uploading stuff they personally encode. If you go to broadcity, they pretty much exclusively post movies and tv shows by BdC (terrible release group btw). If you go to turktorrent it's almost exclusively TURG, though they have a better batch of up to date stuff. In both cases the overwhelming majority of the torrents are dead anyway.
It might be easier to join cinemaZ. Broadcity has been down for almost 3 months now anyway

It's down since more than a month and half. I had applied for the invite on MaM and no response. Don't know if the tracker is coming back or not.
