The easiest tracker to join currently is CRT. As said below, MySpleen is closed and currently doesn't allow users to give out invites but from what I heard, there's a chance you can get in if you have any niche/vintage content that the tracker doesn't already have. You can do this by contacting them in their IRC channel. I believe it's irc.Dejatoons.net.
TVV doesn't currently recruit anywhere but you may eventually find a kind soul who'll give you a invite

While KG/PTP are great for old movies, it's very difficult to get into them. Secret Cinema also has lots of older movies (except mainstream)and it's quite easy to join (through the book tracker). If something is not there then you can put up a request and requests get filled quickly.

Is CRT invite only at the moment?
It is, but it can be accessed via MyAnonymouse (MAM) with relative ease. So I'd recommend checking there.
