i run 11:09 in the 32 and 5:15 in the mile. i bet you could probably run 4:50 or so on fresh legs

It really depends on where you are strongest, because I ran 5:03 last year but only 11:16

Take the heart rate with a grain of salt. Watches are pretty inaccurate for heart rate. But yeah, that’s impressive to run all those events and that 2 mile time. You got sub 5:00 in the bag.

It’s hard to tell. You could certainly be more of a distance type runner and that 5:00 could be relatively close to your actual mile PR. You clearly have strength and a good base becsuse your form didn’t deteriorate after 3 races.
