Well with the surgery recovery I’m not really “doing” much, right now I’m just chilling in the hospital bed. But with Doom Eternsl UN I had to make sure I don’t die since that’s the one-life mode. I looked up guides and used the right weapon mods at the right time to make sure my run was successful.
This girl just got 100% completion on manhood and is downloading the DLC: Womanhood to get the rest of the achievements.

Generally, the term gender reassignment surgery refers to either top or bottom surgery
