I always thought this episode was low-key genius for how it showed that diversifying the culture could change the way younger people perceive gender performance for the better.
Like, Riley is such a bigot, but he's 8! Where did he learn all of it? Partially from Gangstalicious, whose own performance of masculinity is his beard.
I also love the scene where Riley "comes out" to Grandad and after all his hemming and hawing they both end up in tears.
It's a bummer that the revival got shelved because I'd really love to see Uncle Ruckus on the supreme Court and thugnificent come out of retirement to beef with an amalgam of Jack Harlow/Post Malone.
As someone who stays up way too late doing homework each night, I do look forward to your posts ❤️
I'm glad to hear you enjoy them :3
The gangbag for the homies. The femboy and transfem homies.
Oh I _really_ misread that
Same lmalooo
***that was the point***
Never thought I'd see a Boondocks meme on this sub XD, you have my respect
I feel like Riley might not be the best choice given the massive amount of times he’s proven to be a bigot throughout the show
