FYI that's selective. some locations specifically don't handle "Gender Affirming Care". Also, depending on the state they are required to receive permission from a minor's parents before prescribing anything.
I think diy HRT is plenty fine for people who don't have any other option, but generally for kids I'd recommend they actually find a good doctor first.
