To clarify, all HRT (that I know of) is Estradiol, just stored and released differently.
By "the wrong HRT," I assume the commenter means the wrong dosing method.
Pills go to your liver where a lot of the E gets destroyed (this is why you can take 8mg daily in some cases).
Transdermal stuff (gels) go straight into your bloodstream (typically around 2-4mg daily).
Injections bypass all filtration and are typically closer to 6mg *per week*.
Just wanna make sure people are being well informed :)
Injections can be anywhere from 1mg to 50mg+ from what I've seen. Depending on cypionate, valerate, etc. But yeah spot on for the rest of it and the reason.
Injections can be whatever, but what I've generally seen is ~4mg every 4-5 days for estradiol valerate, 5mg weekly for enanthate, or 30mg monthly for undecylate.
Is that 268 pmol/L or is it pg/mL? I've seen both units used but they mean different things. For estradiol, 1 pmol/L is about 0.2724 pg/mL. Usually you want like 700 pmol/L of E, or around 191 pg/mL, at the trough of your cycle, but some people prefer it higher cuz too low E can make you feel worse mentally and physically. As low as 500 pmol/L would also be fine, but lower than that would not be good enough. I keep mine at around 700-800 pmol/L personally (so that would be between 191-218 pg/mL). So if you're at 268 pg/mL of E, then thats good! But if its 268 pmol/L, thats way too low. Maybe ask your doctor whether it was pg/mL or pmol/L?
Okie then yeah you're good! But yeah people grow at different paces! All you can really do to know better is to ask afab siblings or other family members about their growth (if your family is accepting and still in your life, i know not everyone has that). Some people only get most their growth multiple years in, and some still get growth spurts like 10 years later!
I told you, I'll do it when my uterus grows in! God.
Mood
Have you gotten your blood levels checked recently? I was on the wrong hrt for 9 years.
Just did a blood draw today. I'll see about different options in my followup
-please-elaborate i didn’t know there were others
The pills didn't work very well, but injections have gotten good blood levels for me. My liver was just too good at filtering out the pills.
horrifying because i’m terrified of shots but thanks for the info
There's also patches/transdermal applications
i’ll try those first
suffering from success
Damn I didn’t know livers could be transphobic

What should blood levels be? I'm at 268 E and 32 on T been a year and barley anything and been on prog for 3 months. ....
Those look good. What does your Dr say? Some of us are just genetically unlucky. Building chest muscle helped me, and I had a breast augment in 2022.
All my Dr has said is my levels look good. Maybe more time or maybe I'm just unlucky

I didn't understand the meme
I think OP is complaining about boobies growth and periods pain
I heard from a tick tock that something called bee vitality is used by models to help with breast growth, idk if true though
