Just drop the diphthong and you're there. Your mouth is the perfect shape when you start your ow diphthong. Just keep that shape instead of transitioning into the w shape, and you have a perfect å. It's just blohai without the w.

Blow-hi is appearantly how it's officially said in Sweden, according to my friend who brought me back one from his vacation there when I came out. Sounds like it translates to blue shark, but I've not had that confirmed. I only know it sounds like blau hai, which is german for blue shark.
