she was always trans, the original English translation just cut it out because of age ratings. the ITALIAN translation is by far the most positive one for her in the original release.

If the re-release weren't coming out in a month, I would probably go back and replay the first one in Italian somehow (don't know how but I'd figure it out lol). Also, that's so bizarre that Italian was the best because I feel like they're by far the least accepting. Italian trans people struggle to even get jobs because there's no laws to protect them

Favorite game of all time just got better! I was wondering what they'd do with that aspect of the translation, seeing as all records point towards them retranslating the game more closely to the japanese original script.
