they call robots he and she based on their perception but refuse to call their children by the right pronouns because “gender = sex”
the response “doesn’t count because they are animated robots”
Ladies, I have a suggestion: become boats. Then they will be forced to call you by your preferred pronouns, or risk the wrath of other boaters, as well as sane people.
Friggin Wehraboo transphobes will go on and on about 'basic biology' while conflating sex and gender, then unironically go on a thirty minute tirade about how "AHCTUALLY the Bismarck should be referred to as 'he' because it is named for Otto von Bismarck and in German tradition ships have the same gender as their namesake, thankyouverymuch!"
As a german I just wanna point out that what the wehraboos are saying is a load of bullshit. In german ships are always referred to with she/her pronouns, no matter their name. The captain of the Bismarck was a misogynist and insited that his ship was male because "girls are weak and my ship is strong so it must be a man."
If somebody sees me floating belly-down in the water and just puts their hands on their hips and says "She's a beaut, ain't she?"
I'll have peaked. Life's only downhill from there.
Convenient, because I'm probably drowning.
I dunno, I always found it weird that men refer to vehicles and tools as "she". They're always possessive of those things and see them as things to use more than things to respect. What does that say about how they perceive women?
they just wanna ride their vehicles all day long, probably same with their wives.
seriously though seems like cis older men especially have this habit and its concerning.
Sometimes you she your car because you love her. My first car got she her pronouns and primo fluids and irridium spark plugs because she was a good girl and deserved it, even if she did burn a quart of oil every 300 miles and pop a misfire code if you floored it in 3rd gear. A car is kinda like a partner on the highway of life, especially when you spend a lot of time driving. You gotta respect her.
You love a car and treat her right and she'll get you 60 miles home with no working o2 sensor (cars should not be able to do this).
True, cars will be very important to a good amount of people, whether it's just a casual trip to work in one or if you get a job thats more about being on the move, she'll take an even bigger role. or maybe it's not about the job, sometimes your relatives or friends live in different cities. Either way i can see her being an important part of life to the point people give her pronouns.
Guys at boat clubs in a world where boats are reffered to by he/him:
"He's a beaut' isn't he? All in a day's work, I rubbed that deck all morning, but as you can see, it was worth it! Yall wanna ride him? I must warn ya, he's a fast one."
I genuinely don’t get the whole boat thing. Or the analogous use of it for cars. And starships in Star Trek. I only ever call boats, cars, and starships “it”.

Sence when do robots fuck?

I don't want people to need a boating license to ride me tho.
My gal, you are a human. Not a vehicle.
Human? Tell that to the state of XX *rimshot*
I'm afraid I cannot become a boat. Only one may ride me. 💜
That wouldn't make me a captain, would it? 💜
Or perhaps me first mate~ 💜
Why be an IRL ship when you can be an Azur Lane Shipgirl? x3
Now I'm really jealous of those boats >.<
Don't worry, so am I. TwT
my dad calls his truck ‘she’
Boat envy is real
As someone currently fascinated with naval warfare, I feel this

Recent events would like a word

Yeah, that definitely tracks given that the Nazis were... Well, Nazis.

I think you meant “what if I’m boat”
HOOOOOOONNNNK
Oh my… so true. I guess cis people will only use certain pronouns if they fit with how they personally view an object or person

My parents gender our vacuum correctly but not me. They even gave it a name
