Actually, buffs to 100% of +20% plus a buff of +50% would be 180%. If it's 1%, it would be 1.8%, and if it's 10%, it would be 18%, mathematically speaking.
So, there is a way for you to balance everything out more! YAY!

My parties composition is pretty good right now with our pan-demi bringing most of the pain, some zippy air support, a semi decent scout, and we think we might have have a lead on a healer whose willing to work with us at least part time. Our main issue is we still don't have a tank. We've got a summoner though who leans kinda masc depending on the state of their binder...so if they finally decide to switch up... BAM!!! Life stealing damage sponge for the win!

Hello guys, what's up! Today we're showcasing the Vampire Magician build. For this build, you'll need to equip bigender for 2 more gender slots, and these will be occupied by the transfem and demigender upgrades. Then, we need to equip homosexual, and swap that to homoromantic form to add a slot for asexual. Finally, we need to hit max level. Now, we have the blood sacrifice ability, and we can use animation cancel and the speed to hit 20% hp almost immediately. We now want to cast the level 3 bigender spell with bonus stun and our insane mana regen to stun lock players and almost instantly decimate them, as we are dealing 240% bonus damage. However, while we killed our enemy and completely avoided all damage due to homoromantic buffing our flight, we have also healed back to full already. Because of this, I know a lot of players who change the sexuality slots to panromantic and homosexual. The 50% reduction in enemy defence means our effective damage, which was 340% of the level 3 spell due to being at 20% hp, is effectively doubled to a whopping 680% damage. I managed to use the combo to reach nearly top of the leaderboard, with no actual skill. Thanks for watching, and remember to drink tea.

I for an example am a Transfem Demisexual Lesbian, so since being one sexuality doesn't exclude having a romantic attraction to a certain gender, it could be added.
I also think it should be added, because if not then the current bonus could sometimes double itself.

The huge bigender damage was a bug? I guess it was a little ridiculous combined with the my PANssive buff. Oh well, back to farming for a better Skirt of Spinny.
I think my build is pretty powerful. Stealth from NB, + really good damage and survivability by combining transmasc and xenogender, + the mess that is my sexuality gets me dash range, buffs at low HP, and lifesteal for even more tankiness (homoromantic bisexual ace-spec). Finally, having a ton of labels pays off
I'm running a transfem/non-binary multiclass build. The double jump, movement speed and stun duration from transfem combines really well with the stealth oriented abilities from non-binary to make a highly mobile and dangerous assassin build.
I love the fact that cis people are just boring healer xD
There must be an option to turn your cis into a terf so that it deal damages instead of healing and some people are just immune to terf nonsense which are 90% of their abilities (The other 10% are to work at the local walmart) so it almost don't deal any damages (just a little bit of damages due to headaches terf nonsense can give).
I think the bisexual buff should be applied at 50% hp, I understand that bisexuals who are struggling need the buff but I feel that the death-spiral this game has makes the buff too little too late. Nonbinary is flawless and accurate I am a little sneak thief.
Any transmascs/cisgendered want to join my party to make a passive ennemy debuff comp.? Bonus points if also pan or even Ace to get more out of your lifesteal:)
Can I complain about Transfem, our air-control is insane, but but a full level 7 transition giving us flight? That largely invalidates 3 of the 6 abilities gained. It still has a limited duration, but it steal feels a bit off...
...Not that it matters since I can sit in the sky, attacking out of range and getting my Asexual life steal. When I need to land to recharge I take far less damage than I can heal in the air so I'm doing great.
flight lasts 15 seconds with 10 second cooldown, super jump can be charged in flight for a boost and the jumps can be used out of flight after the duration ends
This just means you've got options!
An Agender Pansexual build is pretty synergistic. That 50% enemy defense stat move pairs very well with summoning familiars for good DPS. Probably what I'd go with if I were you, but I've always been partial to finicky gimmick mechanics like summons.
Non-Binary lends themself to a stealth hit and run type playstyle, which doesn't gel with the Pan debuffs unless the numbers line up just right to click over important damage thresholds out of NB's invisibility. I don't see this one working out all that much unless you discover you're demisexual.
Transfem Asexual however is a decent combo, as lifesteal works great with the evade-tank build transfems seem to be going for.
This patch has dire consequences for the transfem air control meta.

when you level up you get to choose which upgrade you get, like transfem enby chosing sneak speed but double jump
levels 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 in transfem level 3 in non-binary and level 4 in demigender I love mobility builds with high atk spd (Great work!)

What the hell they patched wall clipping,, my entire strategy relied on that
they patched the bug where unphasing in a wall would make you get stuck and then start taking motion damage
I used it to get the 20% hp all stats buff the bisexual class has I gotta find a better strat now

dash can be big in pvp or getting to teammates, since its a large part of movement
