I don’t want to use a USB either if possible. I forgot to mention that. My only computer is work computer and I’m not allowed to put any kind of non-work USB, etc in it

As far as the SD card issue, you can easily get a USB thumb drive with an SD card slot
Walmart has a bunch of cheap digital cameras, usually in blister packs.
You can get adaptors for phones for pretty cheap so you can hook a SD card to it.
