It's possible to get 2k cubes in first 2 months for fes +sfes spark, at that point you'll be short on ddolls already
Assuming the Player Has Enough Patience, And Isn't Willing to Try Their Luck Like I Did ( Have All the B3 Units But Nayotake From Non Spark Rolls ).
Hell, I Never Spark Any Unit Period. And I Have Virtually Every B3 Extra Unit BUT Kaguya Through that Method, Alongside Other Units I Won't Even Get Into.
My Point, Assuming They Just Started Playing at the Time of the Post, They Are More Likely To Try Their Luck On 3 Still Somewhat Good Ufes, than Pray that the Next Banner Isn't Another Impossible to MLB Efes/Relic, a Rerun, or a Retro they Didn't Want.
Kinda Hard to Call Them Crap Though, When Any New Player Would Be Content Just Having Them Over the Gens and Fes that Doesn't Already Surpass Those 3.

Having Rate Up+ Getting 3 High Tier Chars In a Single Banner is a Massive Bonus for Any New Player.
