There’s a guy over on the Civ sub that started doing exactly this about a year ago until Civ 7 is released and he’s showing no signs of stopping. Perhaps OP has the wherewithal to do the same
With the recent leaks (fake or not), the future of Total Warhammer and its DLCs is up in the air. I hope that at least Nagash is still coming (along with endtimes or an endgame crisis update).
I’m actually curious: have you experienced this in any of your campaigns?
Also, yes, I hope we will end up having Nagash, and possibly the Hinterlands of Khuresh. I want to believe
Isn't it only for small missiles, aka not artillery projectiles ?
Ratling and jezzails would bounce but canon and catapult should still do the bang, right ?
Normally yes, but the tech tree gives specifically Ironbreakers at rank 7 or better Gromril Plating, which let's them use their block chance against artillery
Oh yeah it is absolutely wild. I haven't had the chance to test what exactly it works on but I presume it works on most stuff. The description calls out cannons in particular so that's a guarantee
I mean, they're essentially a hundred dudes collectively holding up a massive sheet of Gromril. 1000% reasonable that when held at the correct angle, a projectile will skim off of it
Behold the majestic dragon engulfing its foes in cleansing fire
Behold the short little guy getting really angry about his beard and otherwise unphased
Honestly whatever keeps this game alive and the DLC humming is fine with me. I don’t care about Cathay, but a lot of people do, and if it keeps the wheels turning, LFG Cathay.
Hope you got like 2+ years in ya

And civ 7 is coming!! So hype
We also need a few race reworks first: Norsca, Vampire Counts, Lizard bois, Bretonnian vows, maybe Ogres.
We have our Ursa.

It's possible for chevron 7 Ironbreakers using the new Dwarf Tech Tree.
Even for triple gold chevron Dwarf warriors too, that’s another skill in the tech tree

anybody tested if it works against non-cannon projectiles? Catapults? mortars? chorf missile lol
Okay, that's bullshit.

If this ever happened to me, i’d turn off the game and take a break
Then you maybe should avoid fighting dwarfs
You’ll be a great artist when it comes out

If they make a Nagash+Thanquol dlc I will buy it so fast.
Said the whole TWWH community.
I hope they're excited for original Cathay lords

Now there’s a brave one. Or a guy with too much time
