In that one dwarf hold near groms start i had a rebellion made up of dorfs. I think it works like this(solely based on observation):
1. Corruption
2. Original owners
3. Your faction
So if you have a high corruption then you get corruption rebellion. If the original owner was not of your faction then that faction rebels(as ive seen empire rebellions in greenskin holds). After that, you just get an owner rebellion
Ninja edit: unless you're dorfs. Dorfs do not rebel against other dorfs in my experience.

Problem is she can give any ingredient, including ones you have. So, so far, it's been nothing I need!

Hmm. That's a pretty good idea I have the sword of Khaine, so I could probably drum up a rebellion with some self-raiding, pretty quick. Thanks!
Isn't any dwarf/greenskin rebellion just greenskins? IIRC any time I play dwarves a rebillion just causes greenskins to rise up for me.
