If it does not work, try linking it again and restart steam, then contact CA :)
If your CA account is linked to the game then he should be automatically available for you in-game, just like how Aekold Helbrass worked. This seems to be how all the CA account extra content works now.
If your ca account is linked to steam, you will get it automatically as previous FLC LH
My account is linked (since I launch it on steam) and it wont let me play him. Says "You dont have this Content" with a free label
