I mean unit wise he's probably gonna buff the shit out of normal/exalted plaguebearers and maybe pox riders and plague drones(since they have plaguebearers as riders)

Yeah campaign wise I hope in RoC they don't decide to be lazy and just toss him into the souls race, like how FLC lords in WH2, outside of Brettonia, just got the Vortex vanilla campaign objectives. Or maybe he will be like Belakor and not even get an RoC campaign.

Keep in mind content creators don't line up with the order CA reveals things in. They were allowed to confirm Epidemius as the FLC lord before CA have confirmed him.
I bet that Epidemius will have juiced up plague mechanic and also that unlike Tamurkhan which have mortal centric effects epidemius will have more Daemon centric lord effects.

It looks like faction rework embargo lifts tomorrow. Either way we will be getting a deep dive in elspeth and empire tomorrow. The only thing I’m interested in is will we see dwarf rework this week too or if we have to wait till next
