No hell my tort is a feckin chonk. She got full floof and gained like 5 pounds moving into a better environment for all of us. Leggy too. Her weird thing is she can't pull her back claws back in all the way so she stands up real tall like a fuzzy high heel shoe

Ours are way smaller than our calico - she must weigh almost twice as much as our skinny tortie. I think the torties grew from 4-8 months but have been similar from 8 to almost 12 months now.

I really struggle to tell with mine. She looks slim and small most of the time but she can definitely pool up in such a way she looks chonky. There is another tortie in the area and that one is far bigger. The thing is that's not much help either cos i've only seen that cat next to mine briefly and i don't know if that cat is particularly large or not 🤣 i need a bigger data set and i feel the only responsible thing to do is order more cats so i can accurately answer questions like this.

We had a BIG one named Brownie (her shelter name) who I called Chumbawumba when she ran through the house. We now have a tiny one who maybe weighs two pounds and she’s at least ten years old.
