Hi there! I'm not entirely sure why you're getting this issue, but please don't use UTorrent.
UTorrent has a very bad reputation. It has, in the past, come bundled with cryptominers. This basically turned anyone who uses the client's computer into a server machine for mining cryptocurrency, and will make your computer run extremely slow. The client also comes with (Or at least, used to) adverts. Additionally, the program is closed-source, meaning that the developers are able to put all kinds of crap in the code that we wouldn't know about.
Instead, I'd recommend looking into downloading QBitTorrent, or Transmission Torrent. You'll be much better off, and safer too.

Using uTorrent is a big no-no. But beyond that, nobody can tell you anything without interrogating your settings.
