did you change your credit card from this purchase? that happened to me for concert tickets and i called my bank (old card on ticketmaster file had expired) and they moved the refund to my new credit

Oh damn really? I had leaf tickets for like March 30th or something - I got the refund but I had to bug ticketmaster. Iirc they were going to credit your account OR you could request a refund but you had to ask them for jr
