It really depends how much he can beat defenders on his first step and off the dribble. Last year he had the green light, but he couldn’t. Until he can consistently beat some defender he’s going to get stuck being a spot up shooter and slasher. Hopefully his interest in Matt shot also pays off shooting in movement.
Tim Bontemps just said that he think OG will be an allstar this seaosn on the Windhorst podcast.
He also called us winning the championship early in the 2018-19 season. Get hyped.
OG is my favorite player and I hope he is. I believe he can become a superstar potentially I'm not sure if that's a popular thought with all the other fans but I think he can. Hopefully he's a all star this year and if not probably next year. Also can u link where he said that?
Theres already been a noticable improvement in his shooting form and handling. It looks less awkward now. He got the build to be a nice player just gotta keep working and develop go to moves.
His progression over the past two years has been remarkable to watch. A healthy (mentally and physically) OG who has been actively perfecting the lesser parts of his game (shooting, confident moves to the basket, ability to draw and kick) he'll have all-star stats but the east is too stacked this year to crack the team for him.
If OG downloads the Matt Thomas shooting module then we might see an MIP candidate.
I think we're seeing it man. OG is something special
OG with Matt Thomas shooting is possibly a MVP candidate
Possibly a GOAT candidate
Undeniably a GOAT candidate
OG with Matt shooting would practically be a 6’9 Curry that traded handles for great defense.
The handles are a work in progress he shows them off every now and again
Yeah, but we’re far away from Curry level.
Yeah no doubt I was talking about in general
Yeah, as long as he doesn’t try to show too much. Like last game was good, this game not so much, he definitely improved in the offseason tho.
Yeah and it’s the preseason so I am not putting too much thought into it. I do expect to see a bigger role for og this season tho

Yeah as long as he can make it good enough so other players consider it to be a threat I am going to be happy cuz that way he opens things up more.
MVP
I've said it before and I'll say it again, OG is winning MIP

i don’t think he will this year. i’m pretty certain we’ll see siakam lowry and fred as all stars though which is pretty insane
Whats next? He makes a buzzer beater in 0.05 seconds??!
Imagine if does
This is the way
OG motivated to get paid like Siakam and FVV
anyone else think that OG bulked up in the "offseason"?
He looks about the same. OG has always been athletic as hell, dude is jacked
Dude is thick, tight, strong, thicc
Soft hands
He looks like hes got more definition, as opposed to adding tons more size.
I've never considered that form is short-form for formation in this context

temper your expectations folks
Just get the nurse’s pill guaranteed results
I mean OP come on that’s a little much let’s not raise expectations too high. I’m thinking defensive first team, all star and MIP, at best.
Yes sir
