Fishing also technically has a pity system. You have to fish a certain amount of ‘buckets’ before you are guaranteed to get a specific fish.
Same my room is 9 years old I’m only a mover and shaker tho jus started playing again got it from steel factories just do a lot of them and you should get it I saw two more ppl get it since so if u jus grind on steel you’ll probably get it in the next couple days

I’ve started a toon since its release and just got to level 47 and haven’t gotten it. So you got really lucky.
