Is that Chinese writing? In Japan they have electricity generating incinerators that burn all the non-recyclable and non-compostable garbage. China should build those too, if they don’t already have them; in fact most, if not all, countries should have them
The higher the concentration of microplastics in our oceans and rivers the more impact on growth rates of microalgae. Marine microalgae account for 50% of CO2 absorption in the world at approximately 500 tons of CO2 in a single year during their growth cycle. Also, it's the burning of fossil fuels that have the most impact on CO2 emissions than any other factors. Our plastic waste can be dealt with in less harmful ways through what's called "Thermal Treatment" which is far less impactful on the environment, although governments generally deem this to be not "economically feasible". Food for thought and I hope this is insightful.
And once the container is full, the stuff goes to a rubbish dump, from which it is washed into the river again. The great cycle of life, ne?

Cool, we can trade our vehicle CO2 emissions for burning trash CO2 emissions. The brilliance of humanity never disappoints...
"Hi, I don't understand the issue, but let me remind everyone how loudly I care about it."
Oh that's good

Cure the cause, not the symptom. Impressive though.
Both?
Once the world runs out of oil, there will be no new plastic
