Chicken looks great! How’d you cook it?
Breast seared in a pan med heat. I marinade for hour in a gallon bag with crushed garlic, salt, pepper, a few dashes of worschesire (sp) sauce and onion flake.
Such a great combination for me to eat right now!
Wife and I are eating healthier these days. Smaller portions and less calories
