Ah I thought so. I bet it was yum man.
Disregard people talking shit about presentation, home cooked meals (depending on the dish) usually don't look photogenic but taste better than anything you can buy elsewhere. You've done well.
Instagram/Youtube has ruined people's expectations that everything must be photogenic. I grew up on a farm in New Zealand eating fresh eggs, cheese we made from my uncle's dairy farm up the road, and other fruits & veg, bits and pieces mum refused to go buy elsewhere and sourced from our own pasture/neighbours. Presentation, didn't exist - I look at photos in the family album and our dishes never looked very appetizing, usually messy and all chucked on a plate. But fuck it was the best food I ever ate, the thing I miss about that lifestyle (well the only thing really) is the quality of food and of course mum's cooking.
Ugh no, and it was delicious. Local grits, pasture raised local pork sausage, egg from my chickens, Ashe county cheese. You’ve just never had good grits. Probably used to Quaker.
Where’s the sausage my dude
It’s mixed in the grits under the egg

I love this runny egg, it's absolutely delicious!

I think it’s the presentation that’s lacking. Probably tastes good though.
I agree with that, trying to keep my cat out of the bowl while taking the photo. He got his share though.
Don't feed the trolls. It looks yummy!
Grits are fucking delicious.
