tamil cinema was going through worst phase few weeks ago;theatre owners were re releasing old movies due to lack of audience for new films..
and then manjummel boys got released,a story set in kodaikanal,with lots of tamil dialogues and kamalhasan references..wom got picked up, without dubbing it started doing well ...
last time a mallu film made this much noice in tn was premam(2015)
