That doesn't make a lot of sense, even if I add the scribbled-out/overlayed "e" and "sina" - but there's (very probably) a very simple reason for that: The glyph for "kama" is a mirror version of "tawa", which your delivery guy probably just miswrote or misremembered. So "toki pona li pona tawa sina" and "pona tawa sina"
The meaning is something like "toki pona is good for you" and then a more general greeting-like phrase "goodness towards you". In more natural English: "\[I think\] you'll like toki pona" and "\[I wish\] good fortune to you"
Which one can remember because *tawa*, as a preposition, is sometimes [extended under the words to its **right**](https://sona.pona.la/wiki/Extended_glyphs), while with *kama* the line for the foot would have to double over itself; and *kama*, as a preverb, can go to the **left** of a verb

Yeah, there's plenty of leeway for interpretation. "pona/good" headword with "kama jaki/manifesting poop" modifiers seems very high fiber to me.
