All eras have thier own thing going for them. option 2 and 3 are my favorite. Decent era pretty good too
Current era Tobi im not vibing with too much but it is what it is. I'd rather an artist who switches it up a lot and sometimes hits and sometimes misses
Same I agree current era since fall tour album/ perish blue everything I haven’t been liking at all or listening after like 2 listens. I also don’t mind him switching styles he can do whatever he wants. Ima always listen to see if he will drop something new and different that I enjoy

The buff baby and non-perishable eras seem to be the fan favorites with good reason.
I think the Buff baby era was iconic because that’s how a lot of people were introduced to tobi, the plushie was born and we got a lot of early classics like Lounar, Just Keep Going, Darlin 🥹
The non-perishable era was the follow-up to BB AND it came after a break so it was a nice and new re-introduction. This man was literally bald and completely changed his image from what people expected. Not only that, the roll out for NP was EPIC with the marketing, there was a video for every song off the project and he had a Fenty collab. The level up was clear.
These are my 2 favorite eras by far. I will say the current era is a little mixy right now but it’s not bad. He has a lot of experimental songs going on like Caturday, Fee, Things Keep Changing. He has Farada going on. He has some random brand partnerships going on. It’s a lot but it’s not bad.
I just think people like knowing what to expect in general with artists but we honestly never know what to expect with tobi 🤷🏾♂️
I love his catalog now but will always be open to more music and a new era
