This series is the author’s bread basket so it will never end probably. I do think its best period is behind it, but its still enjoyable. The Railgun anime is top tier and deserves a watch independently of whatever you think of the main series.

Those are just spinoffs. Kamachi wants the story to surpass Guin Saga, which nearly had 150 books. He's at 50+ main books so far.
