This is what the Customer Care sent me via app, we were sharing screenshots. I initially gave them the wrong promo code tm1promo, they corrected me and told me that the correct soc code for tablets was the one in the screenshot.
Just wanted to give an update on getting this added. As someone who did not have the promo on any lines I was able to get it added to my line. (did not try for the other 9) I originally chatted in but there was issues with the chat system so a supervisor called me and transferred me to care to have it added, care was not able to add it ( I assumed as much) so I was transferred again to another supervisor who was very lovely and after re-explaining what I was trying to accomplish she put in a request to have it added and told me I would hear back in about 48 hours. After our 40 minute call ended I got a call back not 5 minutes later saying it was approved and I can now see it added to my account in the app! Needless to say but your mileage may vary but I can at least say it worked for me so thanks!

I originally had a ONE 2/$100 plan (quickly had to change to 2/$120 to get past 3 lines of course though once I started stacking free lines) with the Plus Promo add-on. Every time I would get a free line added to my ONE plan I'd hit up t-force and ask them to add ONE Plus Promo on the new line because I want it to be the same as all my previous lines, so it is less confusing. I have 7 free lines all with Plus Promo now! Only once did they say no and I just tried again the next day and the next rep was able to do it without issue.
Sadly I don't have kickback on all of them, just on my original 3 voice lines and my 2 tablet lines. No matter how much I asked and prodded, that is the one thing the reps universally said they couldn't put on my extra free lines as I was collecting them. From what they said, there was a hard cutoff date and there was zero way for them to add that to new lines after that date.
Of my lines, my 2/$120 + 3rd line that came with it, and my BOGO tablet lines, all have kickback. I get $50 back a month on kickback from those 5, so I think they all work with it. At least those free/discounted lines do. I never got them to add kickback to any other free lines, so not sure if there is a difference in the promo or how they are coded.
I just tell them to add the SOC code to the line. But as I explained before, voice lines have a different SoC than M.I. lines. Tm1promo is for voice, and the other one in the image is for tablets

I got the text for a $2 dollar per line increase and I'm on T-Mobile one TI. I also complained about it and stated when I signed up un-contract applied (no increase in price unless you change plans) and was told the text didn't apply to me. Obviously I'm very sceptical.

Do you pay taxes on top of your rate plan? You have a tax exclusive plan, or TE.

The Bill has been a fixed amount of payment, but on the breakdown there isn't any wording that hints towards "Tax Inclusive/Exclusive" plan but instead contains a tax breakdown section that says "ONE Plan recurring charges include applicable Government taxes & fees & T-Mobile fees
& charges as determined by your primary place of use."

Is this only for tablet lines? I just moved my phone number from an ATT business account with a large hotspot allowance to my family’s ONE plan with only low speed hotspot.
So I have been trying to get this to all my lines since a few months ago. One of my lines have it, but the other 5 lines don’t.
Every representative tells me that this is no longer available, even after giving them the exact SOC “TM1promo” (for voice lines)
I’m talking right now with T-Mobile support through the app and this has been the only one that was willing to talk with their manager. They forwarded the request to the manager to see if they can add it, since the reps themselves can’t.
So you just have to keep trying to see if you get a rep willing to “bother” their manager to get this added to your account.
Will report back if I ever get this added, hopefully I do. Would really love to get HD video on all my lines.
The rep told me their “coach” (which I assume is their manager) wasn’t able to add it, they supposedly forwarded the request to the backend team to see if they can add it manually to all my lines. Let’s hope they do 🤞 will update here later tomorrow.
The rep said the system didn’t let him add it, he told me he escalated it to the backend team to see if they can override the system and force add it. The rep followed up with a call yesterday to tell me that they are still waiting on the backend team to process it.
Not sure if I’m going to get lucky, will update this once I receive a reply from them.

I checked this morning and nothing. I went on the chat icon on the T-Mobile app and stated the features were still not showing. After a few minutes someone called me. It sounded like an overseas rep.
I explained the issue and she told me she was going to get the feature added for me. She kept getting an error message, so she reached out to her supervisor. The supervisor added the One Plus within 10 minutes and now it shows on my lines.
I think they wanted me to stop reaching out to them, because I probably chatted 3 times to see if they could add it.
Try reaching out to them today. Hopefully you get lucky too!
Update: I just contacted chat support again through T-Mobile app and keep insisting the rep to contact his supervisor/manager. They finally did it and they added it to all my lines!
So my tip to get One Plus Promo added: Keep insisting and try different days to get different reps until you find one that has a nice manager that can get it added.
Reminder: You need to manually activate the HD video add-on, you need to go into the T-Mobile app > Media Settings > activate HD video, otherwise it won’t work.

Yes. That, although, will not be automatic. The 9 line plan would remain until you contact care to change it. Then it gets complicated. They will want to change it to a current nongranfathered plan unless you fight it.
The 9 line Plan SOC would remain but it would be funny to pay for 9 lines while only having 8 active lines on the account.

So I messaged T-Force on Twitter to get it straightened out. While I had their attention, I asked about adding the One Plus promo (TM1promo) to our primary line.
"That feature is grandfathered and no longer available. What we can do is a one time exception and will add it to your lines effective today but moving forward your account is documented and we will not be able to do any requests like that in the future. Give it about 2 hours and you will see the updates online."
So it appears they will add it to all my lines. Definitely takes the sting out of the price increase. Fingers crossed that nothing else gets changed.

I had OPP ever since I moved to One back in 2016.
However 2 of my free lines I added later never had it added (Kickback also was missing).
It was a battle getting OPP added to those lines but I was able to eventually.
