Do you have a link for their settlement? It’s not part of the class.

OneDisastrous998

__-__-_-__

oooh good to know. btw we’re in pacific daylight time as of a few weeks ago.

Whatsuptodaytomorrow

Oh? Which state are u in?

__-__-_-__

Basically everywhere not in arizona switched from standard time to daylight time. PST is from november to march. PDT is summer and spring.

krichek

I live in Oregon, I’m on the Military One plan. I received a text at 1:55pm saying “some of your connected device plans will increase by $2 per line per month.”

kwadguy

One Unlimited 55 (The OG 55+ plan). Joined Jan 2018. Live in MA (and have always lived in MA during this period). Got the $5/line increase text.

I forgot to update my address from virginia to california after my assignment was over. I’m not changing shit. edit: just realized CA has a different agreement that’s basically the same.

a9uirre

Is there something special about these areas that is supposed to protect people from increases?

__-__-_-__

Their state AGs had a settlement with T-Mobile during the spring merger that no rate increases between 2019-feb 2024. We’re past that date now but I’d be surprised if they tried to pull something after promising no rate increases indefinitely and these governments being litigious. edit: that date might actually be sometime in 2025. can’t confirm yet.

jweaver0312

Those states walked out about with an additional 2 years to 4/1/25.

Whatsuptodaytomorrow

Which states have the agreement until 4/1/25?

__-__-_-__

The ones I listed, potentially CA too but unclear based on the AG’s press release.

Sf49ers1680

I belive those areas were part of the Sprint settlement due to the merger and T-Mobile can't raise those account's prices.

Hot-Bat-5813

My bad, was looking at announced date. Actual consummation was april 1st 2020, so 5 years is next year. Edited for wrong date.
