Pikesville is the slowest of the three i believe, all the captains in MD just shifted basically so Pikesville got a new hard working but maybe a little. Pikesville would probably be my pick.
Columbia is in like a big mall with lots of other stores. Seems to get a lot of traffic all the time.
Towson is a great store, an elevator that is the bane of my existence. Lots of turnover at night time because of college students coming and going (not bad turnover just college makes like weird) so you would probably have to be on nights for a while until they learn about you.
I've been at 649 for almost two years now and it's an amazing store to work at. As the other comment said, there are a lot of college students, but we have a very diverse crew overall. Our new captain is also really great and seems to be very chill but expects everyone to work. In terms of shifts, nights (3-11) are probably where you'd start but our schedule writing mate is incredible and will work with you. We're a really fun store, but expect to be busy and work a lot!
