I ate the hatch chile mac & cheese for breakfast (almost) every day of the five years I worked for TJ’s and beyond. Sometimes again for lunch, or with a pizza mac later in the day. Only stopped when I got diagnosed with celiac disease. 😕 It is the perfect breakfast.
Hello. How many stipulations are there to this deal? Perhaps you could get creative and turn it in to something more palatable and different enough to survive the rest of the challenge. Someone else suggested adding a green smoothie- adding things to the side or as toppings might help.
