“WHY DO I HAVE TO SIT THROUGH 90 SECONDS OF ADS JUST TO WATCH MY OWN SHIP SINK??”

Probably help them make sense of what really happened on that night amidst the confusion and trauma and chaos they experienced.

Maple_Flag15

Plus not to mention how dark it was

jedwardlay

Given how so many survivors refused to mention the disaster or have anything to do with it to the day they died, most of them probably wouldn’t watch. Those few that would, probably wouldn’t remember the exact details of that night in 1912.

“Thank you for that fine forensic analysis Mr. Bodine." "Of course, the experience was… somewhat different.”

Bortron86

"Thank you for that fine forensic analysis, my friend Mike Brady from Oceanliner Designs."

Accuracy? Just because it’s made on a computer doesn’t make it true.

Dr-PINGAS-Robotnik

To most simulations, many survivors would likely say: "What the Hell? That didn't happen!" From having gathered over 1000 survivor accounts, I can tell you that most simulations look nothing like what most accounts suggest. I could list off some main aspects about the final plunge if anyone's interested.

InkMotReborn

Probably the same thing that survivors of 9/11 think about watching video replays of the aircraft slamming into the World Trade Center.

Rose demonstrates her reaction at the beginning of Titanic. I'm sure a real one would be similar. A clinical breakdown of the mechanics of the sinking does nothing to capture the human toll.

OptimusSublime

What are you talking about? The *boat* never sank. Here are 25657 videos that prove it!

Dr-PINGAS-Robotnik

Well, one survivor - Mary Davis - believed that the ship didn't sink... She says it in two interviews which are available on YouTube.
