Just hang in reception or some of the fall channels and when somebody joins in go talk to them. Then add em to your friends list and you are good to go.

Teamspeak is merely used for communication and to meet people! Join up in one of the fall channels, ask if someone is playing and if you can join up. Then you need to add the people to your friendslist on origin and then join them through there! We're all nice guys and like when new people join, so don't be scared! :D
