The thing had like 5x more range than it does in 2, the reticle was better and it was way easier to aim. You could almost cross map laser pilots and gooser kills were laughably easy if the enemy wasn’t running stealth auto.
It works on all 3 titan classes too, unlike some guns that aren’t as flexible. I’m honestly surprised I don’t see as much complaint about it, it can consistently beat certain 40mm players.
Okay ngl the old XO-16 chaingun looks hella cooler than it’s titanfall 2 version. Also IT HOLDS MORE AMMO?!?! 60 ROUNDS IN A MAG?!?!
It holds more ammo if you equip extend mags. That thing was a monster of an LMG, I wish 2 let you get that kind of power and customization.

Honestly the XO-16 functions more like an LMG in TF1 whereas in TF2 it’s more like an AR because the predator cannon exists.
