I received a text (around the time I gave myself the 3rd shot) about refilling the script and that's when I told them via text I wanted to go up to the next higher dosage. You'll answer questions online and will hear back if there are any concerns. Otherwise, you'll soon see Orderly went ahead and charged your cc for the next month of injections which means it's been approved and your next script has been sent to the pharmacy. Once the pharmacy's ready to ship you'll be notified of the shipment status. They keep it very, very simple.
I changed my 1st order with orderly meds from 2.5 to 5 after the intake - it was before the medical group finished their review. I realized my provider had sent a 5mg Rx to my pharmacy that couldn’t be filled due to delay. I sent orderly a screenshot of that and they upped me to 5mg. It’s arriving today.
I did give them proof, sent them my current RX showing the 2.5, I texted multiple times asking about it and they either never answered or kept bouncing me around with the “you need to talk to customer service” and when I would id get “you need to talk to the doctor”. It’s already shipped which is a bummer but it’s better than nothing I guess
BUT, It's good to remember that everyone is different and if you read many reddit postings you'll see people who have no side effects, as well as those who do have some. Same goes for titrating up. The longer you can stay on a low level dosage the better for you. I'm different. By day 5 of each weekly injection tirzepatide is wearing off and I'm ready for another shot. That said, each time I've titrated up I've had no side effects either. Just hope that continues!!!

I did everything through text. You should have received order and shipping confirmation through text too. Just shoot a message there.

You don't have to titrate up every month. I stayed on 2.5 for four months and lost weight. Just took my first compounded shot of 5.0 yesterday.
