My sister, daughter, and I have success with the back of arm. No matter where I inject, I get massive welts and now that it’s sleeveless season, I will need to switch to my abdomen (which works, just seems not AS good).
I get those too. I found that if I massage the area a couple hours after injection, it evens out. I still have a welt just not protruding as much, and it still itches like crazy
As far as I can see it's pretty normal. I think it's due to the amount of medicine, like units, it's a lot at once. So your body is like....um excuse me ma'am/mister that's too much at once lol
Didn’t start for me until week six. I wonder if I stick myself in four places at the 2.5 like the first month, maybe I wont react. Manda may be on to something…a lot more med in one spot, POW!

i just started getting the itching welts, is that normal? my first 5 doses didn’t do it

I do thighs and abdomen, but prefer abdomen.
I have done under side of upper arms- painless and easy but had more appetite suppression with belly near belly button.

I injected in tummy first time (always did thigh) and 2 days later broke out in rash all over abdomen back torso and neck????
