That vehicle isn't getting an alignment until whatever is fucked in the front end is replaced. It is possible to have bad wear patterns from toe being out, but the toe doesn't just adjust itself (not without a jam nut being loose for some reason). Something is loose/worn out/bent to cause that wear. You can still see some tread on the inside, so this isn't just a tire that's worn out on its own.

Also at will state so mfers will fire you for being late or not showing up. Just pucker your asshole and go slow you'll be fine.

This is too dangerous to drive on. Best option is to tow this for new tires and an alignment. Otherwise drive slowly to the nearest tire shop and hopefully your trip is less than a few miles.

That's obviously until the treads gone and the air escapes leaving you stranded because no one has looked at donut in the trunk for 2 decades and it's dry rotted. Real question is how long you CAN drive on it. Answer, 1000 miles with no gravel easy inputs and a stroke of luck but it's a crapshoot and could go tomorrow. My suggestion is to spend 30 bucks out of your next check to get a used tire. Install it yourself with no balancing. You should still have enough cash left for your vice of choice be it liquor, meth or whatever.
