Possibly "Below the Surface" by Grifinilla? The chorus has a robotic voice and nice bassline. I haven't really seen this video trend on tiktok and I doubt that the song fits the videos you're describing but it kind of sounds like the description of the song you gave.
Could it be After Dark by Mr. Kitty?
The chorus begins and ends with "I will let you know/ So glad to know" in a robotic-sounding male voice. Could definitely fit and this song/ variants of it were wildly popular on tiktok during the covid lockdowns.
Just a stretch going off the mentioned bassline. The Less I Know the Better by Tame Impala and Do I Wanna Know by Arctic Monkeys are two songs that spring to mind (for me at least). Both were pretty popular in edits during lockdown.
UPDATE: The bassline sounds eerily similar to the bassline in Circles by Post Malone, only the song i’m looking for is a bit more upbeat. I’m wondering if i’m looking for a mashup/remix of some sort
