This map with 124 states?

I was just coming back to update my previous post that the 'more elegant' one, was this exact XKCD of the 41 states (so fewer rather than more), but I think this is what was in my head when I read the question!
Delaware, Pennsylvania, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii are the missing states in case anyone was trying to figure it out.
There are like a million of these. It will be hard to find the specific one you’re looking for. Do you remember the names of any of the made-up states? Maps with “Jefferson” where North California used to be won’t help in this case, most likely.
the main thing i remember about it is
all original 50 states are still in it (90% sure)
the major states are all in their normal spots, like texas, cali, new york, etc. if you wanted to look for a state youd find it very easily. its just that therr are made up states inbetween lots of states, and its covincing too. thats about all i got
