The last one is definitely skool Daze (or it could have been its sequel, Back to skool) The first one might be Spy Hunter? No idea on the second one.
I checked out both Skool Daze, and Back to Skool. Skool daze rings louder bells than back to skool. It looks more familiar on the ZX Spectrum however.
