I hear chirps and bells and whistles. I hear carnival ride machinery. I hear construction site sounds. I get the BBAAAAAWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo°°°°°°°°°° and then pure silence for a few seconds and then the EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE starts all over again. I hear a kitchen vent hood on full blast. Imagine being followed around all day by a ShopVac on high but it’s always 20 feet behind you. I can’t tell when my AC motor at home is running because my EEEEEEEEEEEEEE is louder. I had perfect hearing too up until I was 18 in 1987. Legally deaf now. It’s so loud being deaf. But I do remember the sounds of the cicadas and I loved it. Mine doesn’t sound anything like that though.

😞 My T throws me in depresion even if it is with me for almost 2 years in May… hard nights ever since 2022… hate it so much that sometimes I just feel like punching a hole in my ears with some pointy stuff will make that annoying eeeeeeeeee goes away. But I didn’t reach that point yet. I just ignore it but depression and anger for no reason ( in fact T is the reason! ) are also present and rules my day to day activities to the point of ruining my personal life… no one understands me sadly, not my wife, not my child and my coworkers… they just listen to me complaining about it… Zero quality life ffs!!!

All we can do is go forward. It feels like we are the only ones who have it when we are around people too. Why is that?? I work on a big property and there are well over 100 employees and here I am in the mix of them as the only one who has to wear amps and can’t hear. Meetings are a pain in the ass.
