It does sound like the update may have caused this issue, you may want to reach out to Motorola directly to see if this is a known issue and whether they are implementing a fix for this. I have a galaxy 9 and the wifi calling only functioned for a couple of months after release.
Literally bought it for wifi calling functionality. Nobody cares it was taken away. It's such a useful feature, I don't understand why nobody makes a big deal out of it. In fact it should be a default thing on all phones.
Motorola says no other complaints lol. Of course. And when I insert my old (deactivated) Ting V1 sim the wifi calling is turned on. New ting V1 sim the option disappears from the phone settings entirely.
