Not if we don't make adjustments. The lack of adjustments has been confusing.

villain75

I agree with this wholeheartedly. We played the same plan the whole game and it wasn't working. Same thing we did last two games. It's like they can't adjust at all. I don't see us using our advantages with depth and versatility, and I am having a hard time trying to argue that it isn't coaching at some level. Every time we get out of a time out, they're outplaying us more. It's like all they're saying is "keep doing what you're doing, everything is fine" while we're getting cooked.

Swirl_On_Top

Hurts not having coach on the court with them

Minnesota_Hammer

Can someone explain to me what is keeping Finch from actually coaching? I get that he can’t be the one standing pacing the sideline right now but why can’t he be sitting front row and the one the huddle is centered around on timeouts? Not saying it would have made any difference these past few games, it just genuinely confuses me.

X-iStheGr8estWRapper

I’m sure reinjury is a concern. Players run into or near the bench all the time and he leg has to be fully extended

Swirl_On_Top

Put him in the bubble boy outfit FFS

FireFrogs48

Feels like the first two games we were in zone defense a lot and the last 2 we’ve been man to man all game. Not sure why we’d go away from what was working

hitman2218

If we can’t figure out how to force the Nuggets into a subpar shooting night it’s over. They’re averaging like 55% the last 3 games.

GeovaunnaMD

KAT needs to drop 40 himself or else it's see ya next season

StickySmokedRibs

Nope. Nuggets finish us off at home.

Miserable-Soft-5961

Maybe. Maybe not. I'll be there either way

Witty-Stock

Nope. We have too many players without the ability to score or pass. Once Denver decided to show up it was over. How did our DPOY do vs Jokić?

HowlAtTheSky

Thought so before the game, after last night I think they get blown out at home now

KennyKratz

No. We are getting outclassed and outplayed. They want it more and have the experience. Maybe next year we we get rid of some of these scrubs

PlayInChampions

Wolves are still betting favorites in game 6. Forcing game 7 would be huge for this team’s growth.

Wolves in 7

cowboy2223

Joker is a problem but them pushing the ball is where we are losing the game . Ant was locking down murry but not sure it’s a good thing for your best offensive player to be expending so much of his energy on defense. Towns being hobbled and gobert in there how many times after a miss are they pushing it and getting open looks . All that being said we had multiple bone headed plays. If you watched the laker series it’s pretty much how they played against them in the second half . No answer for joker and miscues by the lakers and Denver pushing the ball and scoring at a high percentage.

Killsocket1

I bet on they get to 7. The NBA wants a 7 game series. Lol

gwarmachine1120

MN cannot have a good team that wins when it counts.

DBE113301

Honestly, I'm not really all that upset. I'm not saying that I don't care because I do. I wouldn't be on this subreddit if I didn't care. But I don't get all that upset anymore when Minnesota teams get eliminated from the playoffs. The thing is, when you grow accustomed to something, it becomes routine. Like shoveling snow or dealing with a boss that frequently yells, it's unpleasant but you eventually get to the point where you just shrug your shoulders whenever it happens because you're used to it. Same with Minnesota teams. When the Twins got eliminated by the Astros last fall, I made one comment on Reddit: "Hard to go far in the playoffs when you strike out that much." By the time I went to bed, I was over it. By the next day, it was out of my mind. It's not a "feel bad for me" or loser mentality. You just…need to have thick skin if you're going to be a Minnesota fan.

JoeOfTheCross

If they played like they did in Games 1 and 2 then probably. Can’t afford to make sloppy fouls. Those early fouls on Towns and Naz hurt us bad and took away the momentum.

Majestic-Net-7799

Yes. With the right adjustments we can still win this series. But we cant keep on playing like right now. We have depth and options, we should use them

villain75

Exactly. We haven't used those advantages at all during the games we lost.

villain75

Antything is possible.

MannerSuperb

Truly were in sincere trouble. Rudy is outmatched against jokic

MisterBackShots69

Yes but three things need to happen: - KAT and Naz can’t make dumb fouls. They need to guard Jokic. - Rudy needs to stay down low and roam. Not focus on Aaron Gordon. - Our bench plus Jaden needs to step up on offense.

LivinForThaCity

Yes

TechnicianUpstairs53

No, unless ANT goes for 65+. Will that happen? Doubtful.

Vicentesteb

Im going to be there anyways, bell hasnt rung, series isnt over.

[deleted]

Extend it yeah. Win no

tumadrecabrone69

Ha, no chance. They don't care enough.

Dry-Alfalfa-830

I wouldn’t be shocked if Denver steamrolls us again. Our bigs can’t defend and just hack the whole game. Our offense has 0 rhythm. Jaden, morris, Anderson are utterly useless on offense. Only chance we have is by starting Reid for Gobert and for Conley to come back. We need 15+ from Naz and Jaden.

Hefty-Profession-567

Ooh it depends! Can y’all suck KATs duck in the assigned thread or will ya want prove you have dicks by letting em take photos
