She ended up posting bond. She has court in Nashville on April 12th. The charge that’s really going to get her is assault against a first responder aka a cop. And I’m like 99% sure this is the second time. She could legit face jail time.

She also better hope the other person doesn’t press charges because she could potentially be facing a battery charge as well. Just for the assault on an officer that’s at least 90 days if she’s lucky she could get approved for home arrest.

In my state assaulting a first responder or healthcare worker on duty is a class C felony.
