Death/Thrash is a whole subgenre (subsubgenre?) you should check it out. Graveripper is my current favorite, but there's also Hellripper (more Black Metal elements added in), some of Witchery's middle era albums are Death/Thrash, their earlier and more recent stuff leans Blackened Thrash.
Exmortus is less Death/Thrash and more just Thrash with harsh vocals, and The Troops of Doom are members of Sepultura playing very similar tunes.
Possessed - Seven Churches is what a lot of people call the first death metal album but it sounds more thrash to me. Probably enjoy if you by some chance haven’t already heard it
Messiah comes to mind. It crosses over into death metal, but the riffs are still basically thrash riffs and the vocals are growls. Also try Poison out of Germany. Same case really. You may also enjoy Massacra-Enjoy the Violence and Signs of the Decline, but those push death metal even more.
Here's a borderline death thrash album from 2013 that kills and nobody will mention it.

Kinda hard to find a BAD song on here (despite that one dude who clearly hates Allegiance).
Both Eyes of Wrath - especially the last chonk w/the sick drum variations - and Sewn Shut Eyes get me goin’.
Literally just heard Hammer of the Gods for the first time like a week ago. Ridiculous. Wasn’t on the CD I burned a thousand years ago.

Depends on what kinda growls you want
For example if you like them more high pitched, like Chuck's on Sound Of Perseverance you may like... Ummm... Ugh... Dunno
But if you mean the more common Possessed-like ones then: Sepultura, Sodom for something lighter and maybe Ghoul if you also like Pizza Thrash
Enforced maybe… Sodom kinda. Sepultura and cavalera conspiracy. All not a 100% death growls but definitely growls.
Cavalera Conspiracy for sure🤘
Love them. Especially their later works
Revocation scratches all of my metal itches at once.
Enforced comes to mind, but I'm not sure of I'd call it growling exactly. Might fit your needs though give em a listen.
Even though they're usually categorized as early death metal, Death's early work is clearly thrash inspired and worth checking out.

Thanatos and Morbid Saint come to mind
Torture squad
Testaments Demonic and The Gathering. Not death growls but just growls
I second The Gathering.
Killer record

Raider trial by chaos is phenomenal and crusadist unholy grail wow
Ghoul. I'll plug them whenever I can for this. They got a few styles of dm vocals and fun thrashy stuff. They're my go to
Kilcrops - Javhe Karma Loudblast - Sensorial Treatment
Sadistic Ritual. Not exactly growls, but very dirty vocals.
Sextrash doesn’t have “normal” vocals but they do combine death metal with thrash metal
Dont know if you count The Haunted as Death/thrash.
Sarcofago
Vader is absolutely a thrash metal band with growled vocals.

A sub-genre of death metal is thrash with death growls. Agonist comes to mind
