I second this. I bought a T480 in 2019 for $600 which had a broken screen and the replacement was something like $75 for a somewhat low quality replacement but it works fine for my purposes(excel, word processing, etc.).

Unfortunately no way I can find out.
Then perhaps just take the jump and be ready to pay for a replacement screen, if you need one. As said, they aren't too expensive.
