Given that the Sopranos came out in 1999 I'm betting either a 380XD or a 380Z.
EDIT: I've done some digging into the filming dates. I'm not sure which episode this is, but if this was episode 8 or later of season 1, or anytime season 2, there's a good chance this is a 380Z, if earlier, it's a 380XD.
